Refunds are applicable only if the supplied part does not meet the set quality standards or does not match the standard brand manufacturer configuration.

Important Notes:

  • To claim a refund, a clear picture of the supplied part must be provided for verification. This is necessary to assess the issue and validate the claim.

  • If the part has been correctly supplied as per the exact manufacturer specifications, a return or refund will not be applicable. Please confirm the part configuration and fitment with our team via email or chat support before placing your order.

  • Refunds are not eligible beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, as transactions expire with most payment providers after this period.

  • Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card issuer.

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • The refund amount is 95% of the order value, excluding original and return shipping charges.

All return requests must be submitted to biz@motofork.com. If the return is approved, a return label will be sent via email. Please note that returns for products ordered with incorrect specifications or part numbers are not eligible for refund.
