The Cummins QSK19 is a heavy-duty inline 6-cylinder, 4-stroke diesel engine engineered for extreme mining and industrial environments. It features a massive displacement of 19.0 Liters (1,159 cu in) with a square bore and stroke of 159 mm (6.25 in). Designed for durability, it utilizes a Modular Common Rail System (MCRS) or High-Pressure Injection (HPI) to optimize fuel efficiency and response. The engine is Turbocharged and Aftercooled (TA/TAA), delivering a power output ranging from 377 kW to 597 kW (506 hp to 800 hp) at rated speeds between 1800 and 2100 RPM. It offers exceptional lugging capability with peak torque reaching approximately 3,084 Nm (2,275 lb-ft) at 1500 RPM, meeting Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 Final emission standards depending on the specific configuration.
