It features a bore of 112 mm (4.41 in) and a stroke of 130 mm (5.12 in), engineered for durability and high torque output. The engine employs a Common Rail fuel injection system and an Overhead Camshaft (OHC) 4-valve design to optimize combustion and fuel economy. Typically Turbocharged and Intercooled, the J05E delivers power ratings ranging from 118 kW to 151 kW (160 hp to 205 hp) at 2000–2500 RPM, with maximum torque reaching approximately 600 Nm. This platform is designed to meet Tier 3, Tier 4 Interim, and Tier 4 Final emission standards depending on the specific application configuration.
